About the Role

Support the administration and management of the partnership between AIA General and the bancassurance partner, ensuring smooth operational processes, accurate reporting, and effective coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Prepare and maintain production reports, including sales performance, market analysis, and profitability insights.
  • Perform data compilation, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely implementation of product changes and updates.
  • Track and monitor monthly budget performance against actual results.
  • Prepare and process monthly accrual reports for marketing fees.
  • Support and coordinate commercial risk acceptance with relevant teams.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking on relevant general insurance products.
  • Provide support to sales teams by addressing product-related inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks, reporting, and project-related assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Master in a quantitative disciplines such as Actuarial Science, Mathematics and Statistics.
  • Preferably with at least 3 years working experience in General Insurance actuarial pricing role.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly results-oriented, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
