Position Details
This role will work alongside our Facilities team, to ensure peak performance of the facility and all equipment supporting supply chain operations. Additionally, this position is responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and repair of the facility and equipment, along with its systems, and related events. Finally, this role will respond to building requests and communications in a timely and professional manner and participate in projects with members of other teams, working closely with IT, HR, Facilities and Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support associates by assembling, installing, and mounting technology equipment and related workplace furnishings.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-documented storage areas, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage accurate records and documentation for all installed equipment, technology assets, and building systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, servicing, and proper storage of IT equipment and tools.
  • Accurately enter, update, and retrieve data within internal systems to support inventory management, order processing, and operational inquiries (such as inventory levels or delivery timelines).
  • Complete routine administrative and clerical tasks in alignment with company procedures, including answering phones, printing labels, running technology reports, and processing receipts, transfers, deliveries, and dispatch documents.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and communicate concerns, ideas, or feedback to management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the facility and IT operations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma minimum, preference for 2+ years of college or trade school.
  • Prior experience with general IT and related tasks
  • Attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practice

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $27.50

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
