Reporting to the Data and AI VP, you will drive data and AI architecture solutions, frameworks, roadmaps, program optimizations and process engineering in a high-velocity culture by introducing technology, requirements, deliverables, and systems design. You will identify system gaps as well as analyze competitive strategies, architecture frameworks, metrics models, and performance indicators.

Primary Accountabilities
- You will be accountable for data and AI architecture that crosses technologies, channels, lines of business, and enterprise data functions with primary focus on business outcomes vs technology design.
- Participate in strategy discussions while leading integration design and execution activities. You will drive strategic enterprise consolidations and integration efforts.
- Lead with architecture design that fosters innovation and competitive advantage across businesses.
- You will lead as the principal advisor to leadership in architecture matters; participate in M&A strategy discussions as well as drive AI integration design and execution activities.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance regarding the research, engineering, and integration of new architecture principles and solutions to meet our organization's business strategy.
- Provide oversight for the identification, design and implementation of engineering and automation solutions to promote results.
- Create and maintain the data and AI architecture roadmap and strategy.
- Manage and influence relationships with partners to ensure cross functional coordination and ensure a partnership focused approach is taken to align product and system releases.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- Demonstrated experience leading data and AI engineering practices, and LLM based multi-agent systems designs and deployments.
- Solid understanding of end to end implementation of traditional Machine Learning and Generative AI technology stacks.
- Solid understanding of responsible AI guardrails implementation such as eval framework, observability, monitoring and controls.
- Demonstrated experience communicating and influencing at all levels of the organization from technical IT staff to business executives.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating complex or contentious issues, reaching consensus, and working through people to achieve goals.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of business strategy development, business architecture, and business models as they relate to technology strategy development.
- Travel Requirements Up to 10%.

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110.
