This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from June 2026 to January 2027.
What You Will Do
On any given day, you might:
Collaborate on the development of marketing strategies and go-to-market plans aimed at achieving our business objectives
Assist in crafting comprehensive communication plans across the team to ensure effective messaging and coordination
Engage in the creation of campaigns and track approvals and status updates with external agencies
Dive into the analysis of business performance, helping uncover insights for informed recommendations and decision-making
Monitor program and product budgets to ensure financial objectives are met
Work with teams to develop & deliver email and paid media assets, campaign pitch kits, toolkits, and content while adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring updates are maintained
Provide insights into Gen Z trends and their ways of thinking, contributing to a generational perspective
Be an engaged and proactive team member, actively participating in discussions and initiatives
Participate in overall project management and assist with ad hoc requests from the team
Required Qualifications & Skills
Marketing skills for developing strategic feedback, business proposals, and marketing communication plans
Proven experience in strategic development and project management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Keynote and presentation delivery
Marketing industry knowledge of trends and the latest innovations
Creative-minded with the ability to encourage creative teams
Preferred Qualifications
Basic Photoshop skills are a plus
Education
Junior or senior preferred
Major or previous coursework in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all the requirements below:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree, taking at least one class at the time of application posting, OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney Internship or Disney College Program
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information
Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines while at work
The approximate dates of this internship are June 2026 - January 2027
Must have the ability to work full-time hours (approximately 40 per week) Monday - Friday, for the duration of the internship
Being able to provide one's own housing and reliable transportation to/from work is required

The pay rate for this role in the Orlando, FL area is $22.50 per hour.
