AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.
What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Description
You will join to the Reward & International Mobility teams in Airbus Spain
The Reward & International Mobility teams ares part of the Human Resources (HR) being responsibles to provide the Compensation & Benefit and mobility solutions in compliance with the Airbus strategy for national and/or international scope.
Reward scope is based on 3 main pillars: Benefits, Salary and Grading for the Airbus Spanish employees.
International mobility includes the design and execution of relocation policies, compliance with immigration regulations and management of international tax and social security liabilities.
You will support these areas to improve, simplify and implement the processes. Your environment will be a local team in Spain and also international scope
Your tasks will be related to the scope of both areas.
Finally, you will also monitor overall performance and effectiveness of our Reward and International Mobility solutions.
As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
University studies in Law, Economics, Human Resources or equivalent.
Language skills: Fluent in English. Any other spoken/written language would be a plus
Medium-Higher Excel and Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Jamboard, Forms) skills. Expert level will be appreciated.
MyPULSE, SAP is a desirable.
Ability to react quickly and with flexibility in different tasks.
Ability to synthesize and translate complex information at different level. Ability to switch from big picture to detailed view.
Be proactive to propose process improvements. Solution oriented.
Communication skills.
Excellent team working skills. Willingness to work in a local and transnational environment.
