AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

Tasks to be carried out by the student:
● Support Industrial System Definition: Assist in documenting the Industrial System Development Plan (ISDP).
● Interface Coordination: Help manage technical flows between Engineering and Production.
● Industrialization Support: Assist in developing build processes, tooling concepts, and testing strategies.
● Requirements Management: Support the Verification and Validation of
industrial requirements.
● Data Analysis: Help collect data for Non-Recurrent (NRC) and Recurrent (RC)
costs.
● Process Documentation: Assist in defining Process Methods and Tools (PMT).


Knowledge to be acquired by the student:
● Industrial Architecture: Understanding the interface between design and
manufacturing.
● Product Lifecycle: Learning the stages from bid preparation to production.
● System Design: Knowledge of build processes, logistics, and tooling selection.
● Requirements Engineering: Practical experience in V&V processes.
● Industrial Management: Insight into costing, technology selection, and cross-
functional coordination.
Within which projects or areas the internship will be carried out
● Area: Manufacturing Engineering / Industrial Architecture.
● Project Focus: Industrialization and validation of complex manufacturing systems.


Specify the tools to be used:
● Management Software: PLM, ERP, or Requirements Management tools.
● Analysis Tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel/PowerPoint).
● Technical Tools: Process mapping and industrial modeling software.

Required skills and mindset #AirbusDiversity

As a successful candidate, you will be
able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
● Degree in: Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, or a related technical field.
● Level B2 English.
● General knowledge in: Industrial processes, manufacturing systems, and basic understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) or industrialization concepts.
● Skills valued:

○ Ability to work in complex and international environments.
