AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October 2027.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.
What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all
purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Join a premier international team dedicated to integrating Artificial Intelligence into the heart of the aeronautical industry. We are seeking a talented individual to support our Agentic AI and Use Case Management initiatives, playing a pivotal role in our mission to democratize AI across Airbus Defence and Space.
The Opportunity: This role offers a unique dual-track experience: you will master the technical complexities of GenAI while developing the strategic ability to communicate these concepts to internal stakeholders. You will be an integral part of the "AI Ambassador network" and work on sophisticated "low-code/no-code" Agentic Orchestration Platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Analysis: Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate and define AI-driven capabilities.
Technical Design: Develop prototypes and design solutions that solve complex industrial problems.
Performance Engineering: Establish rigorous metrics to evaluate and optimize AI performance.
Knowledge Leadership: Translate complex Artificial Intelligence concepts into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Technical Landscape: You will work daily with a modern tech stack, including LLM model APIs, Jupyter Notebooks, Qlik, and Agentic Orchestration Platforms, ensuring you remain at the absolute cutting edge of the field.
