AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October 2027.


We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

The student will provide support in the Business Development area:

  • Gain knowledge in Project Management, covering LBIP, R&T, and Industrial projects.

  • Prepare documentation, conduct feasibility assessments, coordinate ongoing activities, lead "drum-beating" follow-up meetings, draft minutes, etc.

  • Manage new projects within Customer Services Spain, coordinating across various departments (Maintenance Program, Repairs, Spare Parts, etc.).

The student will also support the Major Repairs (Working Party Team) area:

  • Monitor and manage Part145 training, track competency evolution, and oversee team cost development and quarterly dossiers.

  • Acquire financial management skills for a Cost Center, analyzing different expense concepts and preparing reports.

  • Support the deployment and development of the Maverick project for the local team.

  • Cross-functional: Apply AI knowledge to improve existing processes.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Education: Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Telecommunications, Aerospace, etc.).

  • Languages: English level B2.

  • Soft Skills: Analytical capacity, problem-solving, team spirit, collaboration, and the ability to work in international environments.
