AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

A330 Multirole tanker transport!!! Our Great product!!!
--> Working in the Production Quality department, you will be part of the Transformation team, which is focused on monitoring and improvement process and performance within the Final Assembly Line of A330 MRTT from the quality perspective.

Our main duties are:
--> Lead Quality Improvement and Innovation at FAL, establishing measurement standards for process reliability and repeatability, to increase process performance and product adherence to standards.
--> Optimize processes, methods and tools to ensure an efficient system, maintaining common understanding and engagement across all stakeholders.
--> Monitor Production Quality performance using KPIs, providing visibility, facilitating fast decision-making and ensuring operational surveillance of people, products, and processes.
--> Set appropriate governance, methodology and structure to contribute to the improvement of quality standards through effective communication.
--> Manage Non-Conformities (NCs) and quality escapes, ensuring effective root-cause eradication and feedback loops between the FAL and suppliers.
Ensure clean & consistent data.
--> Boost preventive mindset by detecting and tackling repetitive or major quality escapes to anticipate its occurrence.
--> Manage Risk & Opportunities within Production Quality in the site.
--> Secure OES implementation in the Production Quality side.
--> Secure QMS compliance and regulatory approvals (PERAM, MOA, POA, DOA), ensuring operational processes meet internal and third-party certification standards.
--> Encourage team spirit to boost collaboration.
--> Data Analysis and KPIs
--> Process Automation

Knowledge to be acquired by the student.

-->You will gain extensive knowledge of the A330MRTT Final Assembly Line production phase, primarily focused on product quality assurance.

--> You will have the opportunity to participate in improvement projects from launch through implementation.

Within which projects or areas the internship will be carried out.

Within the transformation team you will be able to participate in projects involving digitization, visualization improvement, training improvement, etc.
