We are looking for passionate individuals who are dedicated to supporting our clients through compassionate care and empowerment. This a Permanent Part Time vacancy in our Cromer group home with a minimum of 30 hours per week. With a variety of shifts, including morning, day, evening, and awake night shifts.
Help clients develop independence and support their individual needs.
Provide personalised care, including mealtimes, personal care, medication administration, and safe manual handling with a variety of equipment.
Transport clients safely in wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars.
Monitor, report, and celebrate clients’ progress to ensure their wellbeing.
Be part of a friendly, supportive, and dynamic team, making a real difference every day.
Requirements:
We are open to both green and experienced candidates. Whether you have been in the sector for a while or are new to it, you will need to be committed, compassionate, eager to learn, and demonstrate person-centered care - treating all clients with respect, dignity, and professionalism.
A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
