About the Role
We’re looking for dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our welcoming group homes located between Guildford/Granville and Casula. You’ll provide compassionate, person-centered support across a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight awake shifts. Our 24/7 operation ensures clients receive consistent, high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
Support clients with daily living tasks, community participation, and skill development.
Empower clients to make their own choices and pursue personal goals.
Collaborate with a passionate, dedicated team to provide outstanding care.
Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive home environment for all residents.
Requirements
Available for a minimum of 4 weekdays, 25–35 hours per week.
Must be available for morning shifts (6:00am–10:00am).
Hold a current NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 minimum).
