Director, Wholesale Operations

Your Impact:
- Rresponsible for guiding and implementing operational strategies that support Holistic Industries’ wholesale objectives.
- Serve as the liaison between Wholesale Sales, GP’s, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Corporate leadership to ensure forecasting accuracy, commission governance, CRM optimization, white-glove fulfillment, and regulatory compliance.
- Create and uphold scalable systems, operational excellence, and customer experience standards that enable sustainable growth
- Guide and implement operational strategies in partnership with the wholesale sales team to achieve annual revenue and margin plans.
- Lead wholesale supply and demand planning between the wholesale sales needs, GP and corporate office.

Your Strengths:
- Strategic leadership with a proven ability to design and execute departmental growth initiatives.
- Strong financial and business acumen with expertise in overseeing and managing a national sales plan and departmental budgets effectively
- Skilled in Salesforce workflows, reporting, and training, with a focus on empowering high-performing sales teams.
- Collaborative mindset, experienced in partnering with senior leadership to align departmental goals with company-wide strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor KPIs and adapt strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Market awareness and agility to anticipate trends and maintain a competitive edge.
