ROLE SUMMARY
The US Prostate Cancer Business is one of the largest businesses within Pfizer Oncology, anchored by XTANDI, a multibillion‑dollar asset with a long-standing leadership position in prostate cancer. As XTANDI continues to compete in an increasingly crowded and promotionally sensitive landscape, this role is critical to sustaining leadership through strategic focus, disciplined execution, and clear differentiation.
The XTANDI HCP Lead owns the strategic & executional oversight of all US HCP-focused activities, serving as the primary counterpart to our Alliance Partner (Astellas) HCP team. This role works closely with Sales, Medical, Analytics, and other cross-functional partners to drive growth in CSPC, sharpen competitive differentiation, and prepare the brand for long-‑term sustainability, including loss‑of‑exclusivity (LOE) planning and MFP effectuation.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $294,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
