JOB DESCRIPTION:
Driven Brand’s Treasury Department is looking for a Driven Director, Treasury Operations who wants to make a difference!
Reporting to the VP, Treasurer and supporting our Shared Services segment, this role is responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of all corporate treasury activities, including cash management, banking relationships, and payment systems. This role ensures the company has adequate liquidity to meet its obligations while maximizing returns on invested cash.
How you will Own it:
Cash & Liquidity Management
- Oversee daily global cash positioning, forecasting, and concentration activities across all bank accounts.
- Manage and optimize the Driven’s global banking structure, including bank account administration and signatory control.
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient cash utilization, including investment of short-term excess cash in accordance with the corporate investment policy.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations related to cash handling and liquidity.
Bank & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary liaison with banks, financial institutions, and third-party service providers (e.g., SWIFT, payment processors).
- Negotiate and manage service agreements, fees, and bank account structures to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service.
- Participate in the selection and due diligence of new banking partners or service providers.
Treasury Systems & Controls
- Maintain and enhance the Treasury Management System (TMS), ensuring data integrity and efficient transaction processing.
- Develop, document, and enforce strong internal controls over treasury functions, including payment approvals, bank reconciliation processes, and segregation of duties.
- Lead initiatives for the automation and streamlining of treasury operations and payment workflows.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare accurate and timely reports for senior management and the Audit Committee regarding cash balances, liquidity, debt, and hedging activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements related to treasury operations.
What you’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role overseeing daily operations for a complex, multi-national organization.
- Proven expertise with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) (e.g., Kyriba, Reval, FIS Integrity) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Deep understanding of global cash management structures, payment systems (e.g., ACH, Wire), and corporate banking products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized, exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Experience managing treasury operations within a high-growth or publicly traded company environment.
- Familiarity with global accounting standards (e.g., IFRS or US GAAP) as they relate to cash and debt.
- Experience implementing or upgrading TMS platforms.
