As a Talent Acquisition Director at Concentrix, you will be an integral part of our mission as an intelligent transformation partner. Your role will focus on fulfilling our Corporate and Executive hiring needs by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent. This position involves crafting recruiting strategies and collaborating with various departments to meet evolving business demands efficiently. A key aspect of this role is enhancing candidate experiences, ensuring seamless and engaging interactions throughout the recruitment process.
What you will do in this role
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute short-term recruiting strategies, while contributing to long-term plans that align with Concentrix’s goals of modernizing technology and transforming experiences.
- Policy Development: Shape and influence policies that enhance operational efficiency and align with Concentrix’s Business and People strategies.
- Efficient Recruitment Management: Lead a global team to ensure optimal candidate selection in line with Concentrix’s standards and stakeholder needs, maintaining our reputation as a tech-powered, intelligence-fueled organization.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize Concentrix’s data and AI expertise to analyze recruitment metrics, guiding decision-making and measuring ROI to drive transformation.
- Diversity Recruitment: Enhance Concentrix’s diversity recruitment strategy through relationship building and manage relationships with recruitment partners and platforms.
- Compensation Strategy: Collaborate with HR and Compensation teams to leverage market trend knowledge, ensuring competitive compensation packages that align with our commitment to transformation and modernization.
- Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensure recruitment processes comply with local regulations, maintaining accurate records within ATS and HRIS tools.
- Promotion of Company Values: Act as an ambassador for Concentrix, promoting our brand and ensuring ethical standards in recruiting, in line with our values of sustainability and community enrichment.
Essential Criteria:
- Global Hiring Expertise: Experience in delivering executive and professional hiring across various sectors, aligning with Concentrix’s presence in diverse industries. Extensive experience hiring across IT and Sales.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Proven experience in creating and implementing strategic recruitment plans aligned with Concentrix’s vision of intelligent transformation.
- Leadership Collaboration: Ability to present to executive leadership and collaborate effectively within Concentrix’s framework of strategy and innovation.
- Team Management: Experienced in managing and leading global teams, fostering a culture aligned with Concentrix’s intelligence-fueled solutions.
- Legislative Knowledge: Familiarity with global employment legislation, enhancing Concentrix’s global operations.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Workday and Microsoft Office, supporting Concentrix’s enterprise technology initiatives.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively represent Concentrix and its commitment to exceptional service and transformation.
- Project Management Excellence: Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment, reflecting Concentrix’s dedication to transforming experiences and operations.
- Analytical Acumen: Skilled in interpreting recruiting metrics to enhance retention and quality of hire, supporting Concentrix’s data-driven approach.
