Assumes responsibility and accountability for strategic planning and success of surgical services. Responsible for increasing volumes that have a strategic and positive financial impact on the current and future success of the hospital. Coordinates the development and marketing of new services. Contributes to the success of the hospital through achievement of system, hospital and departmental goals and objectives. Responsible for Perioperative Services, Pain Management, and Endoscopy.
Education
Bachelors Degree in Nursing (Required)
Masters Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
Experience
10 years of nursing experience (Experience in Surgical Services preferred)
5 years of Healthcare management experience
