As the Director of Workforce Management (WFM), Reporting & Data Governance, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the operational backbone of our Group Benefits Operations. This includes end-to-end ownership of workforce planning, capacity forecasting, productivity analytics, and the development of a robust data governance framework. You will be a strategic partner to Operations and Finance leaders, driving financial discipline, operational efficiency, and data integrity across multiple business lines—including Health and Dental Claims, Plan Design, Sponsor Financial Services, AdminAdvantage, and Plan Member Administration.
Leading a global team of analysts and data stewards, you will champion a culture of performance, innovation, and continuous improvement. Your ability to blend analytical rigor with strategic foresight will be key to optimizing service delivery, enhancing customer experience, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of Workforce Management, including forecasting, capacity planning, and productivity measurement to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Oversee the development and delivery of operational reporting, including digital KPIs, service levels, and staffing metrics, underpinned by a strong data governance model.
Build and maintain trusted partnerships with business unit leaders to align reporting and planning with strategic priorities.
Inspire and develop a high-performing team of analysts and data professionals, fostering a proactive, insights-driven culture.
Drive continuous improvement in operational performance through data analysis, benchmarking, and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with Finance to develop and maintain a comprehensive financial performance tracker, including unit costing, budget reviews, and benefit realization.
Establish a structured intake and prioritization model to align reporting and analytics initiatives with business goals.
Monitor and mitigate concentration risk through data profiling and strategic workforce planning.
Provide thought leadership on the evolving role of technology in workforce and data management, ensuring the team is equipped to leverage emerging tools and platforms.
Required Qualifications:
7–10 years of progressive experience in operations, with a strong focus on workforce management, reporting, and data governance.
Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated expertise in volume forecasting, capacity planning, and productivity analytics within a complex, matrixed organization.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive audiences.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a track record of delivering results under pressure.
High level of analytical discipline, with a logical and structured approach to problem-solving and data interpretation.

Salary range is expected to be between
