Micron is looking for a Director, Source to Pay (S2P) Transformation to develop and steer a multi-year change in the Source to Pay value stream. AI will be key in how tasks are composed and performed. The transformation agenda spans data, processes, platforms, and people to fundamentally reimagine the future of work.

Reporting to the Senior Director of the Global Procurement Center of Excellence, the Director is encouraged to think boldly and drive radical change, challenging traditional execution models and introduce new, AI‑enabled ways of working aligned to Micron’s long‑term enterprise ambitions.

The Director will lead a team of business experts. They will work closely with Global Procurement COE, IT, Accounts Payable, Finance, and business collaborators to bring the future vision to life through disciplined execution. This role will also be responsible the Global Procurement SAP S/4HANA program and team, to ensure we are setting the right foundations for AI‑first workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Visionary Source‑to‑Pay Transformation: Define and champion a future‑state vision for Source‑to‑Pay with AI at the core. Fundamentally rethink how work is done across data, process, platforms, and people to drive speed, scale and innovation.

  • SAP S/4HANA S2P Program Leadership & Execution: Ensure SAP S/4HANA is implemented as a strategic enabler of Source to Pay transformation. Accountable accountable for end‑to‑end program delivery, ensuring that S/4HANA capabilities are implemented on time, on value, and with strong adoption across global procurement teams.

  • Execution Excellence & Value Realization: Translate vision into clear roadmaps, priorities and delivery achievements. Lead sophisticated, cross‑functional initiatives in a global, matrixed environment to deliver results and business value.

  • Stakeholder Leadership & Change Enablement: Act as an enterprise integrator, aligning multiple cross functional teams and stakeholders around common future state. Build credibility and momentum through strong storytelling, transparency, and results.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team by coaching talent, setting clear expectations, and building an inclusive culture where people can do their best work.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation, digital modernization, or operating model change.

    • Strong expertise in Source‑to‑Pay processes and end‑to‑end value flows, semiconductor industry experience preferred.

    • Demonstrated leadership of large‑scale platform transformations as business‑led programs.

    • Practical experience, learning agility and enthusiasm in applying AI, automation, or analytics to redesign workflows.

    • Proven success leading teams to deliver results in complex, matrixed environments.
