About this role

The Director, Solutions will be responsible for planning and executing Transcarent solution initiatives. This role requires a highly resourceful, proactive individual, with excellent communication, project management, and healthcare solutions experience. This leader will recognize market needs and work to identify how solutions can be adapted or expanded to further Transcarent’s mission. This role is critical in bridging strategic and operational expertise to improve Transcarent solutions and experiences. 

A day in the life…

  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to execute and improve solution initiatives 
  • Program and project manage teams to effectively initiate, plan, execute, and monitor various initiatives impacting the Transcarent experience 
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and problem solve independently and efficiently 
  • Actively communicate with solution sponsors, vendors and stakeholders 
  • Develop presentation materials on solution specific concepts 
  • Partner with other sales leaders to create and implement strategic marketing 
  • Collaborate with external and cross-functional partners to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the solution initiatives 
  • Identify new viable solution strategies in response to client and marketplace needs 

What we are looking for…

  • Master’s degree or higher in a health care or business-related field is preferred 
  • Minimum 10 years of healthcare experience 
  • Strong business acumen 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal and customer service skills 
  • Able to motivate and empower teams 
  • Comfortable in fast-paced and evolving organizations with a willingness to be flexible and pivot when needed. 
  • Excellent at prioritization, scoping, and documentation

Total Rewards 

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.  

Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.
