As a Director, Software Engineering reporting to Software Engineering Director, you’ll play a critical role in leading complex software delivery, shaping technical direction, and driving high‑performance team execution aligned with organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Leads the design, development, and maintenance of complex software solutions, ensuring alignment with system and business requirements.
Defines software architecture needs and delivers both short‑ and long‑term technology solutions across applications, infrastructure, and network systems.
Manages and develops a team of professionals, overseeing goal‑setting, performance reviews, talent development, and overall team effectiveness.
Drives operational excellence by prioritising, setting priorities, optimizing processes, managing budgets, and monitoring performance indicators.
Provides technical and strategic guidance while contributing to organization‑wide projects and fostering a high‑performing, motivated team culture.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar field.
Proficient in relevant professional experience.
Additional certifications across multiple specialist fields relevant to the role.
Preferred Qualifications
Holds or is pursuing a second degree or Master’s in a specialized area such as Finance, Financial Markets, or Mathematics.
This position will be located in Poland and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
