Position Summary

Director of Revenue Management will be responsible for driving strategic efforts around product pricing creation and optimization, deal creation and evaluation, and ensure alignment of sales KPI’s align to the greater strategic focus as part of the commercial organization.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Oversee and contribute to creation, modeling, approval, and execution of financial deal proposals based on direction and feedback from Sales team covering the primary lines of business of land based gaming (Gaming Operations, EGM Sales, Table Games, Utilities, and Systems)

  • Model and monitor product pricing strategy and maintain pricing catalogue.

  • Help oversee commercial execution of large, business-impacting deals to ensure customers’ expectations are met or exceeded.

  • Forecasting and target setting in alignment with sales and finance departments.

  • Support operational management team with special projects and ad hoc requests that require financial and operational analysis.

  • Assists in the analysis of financial data and extracts and defines relevant information.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Training and/or Experience

  • 5+ years of finance or analytics experience

  • Prior gaming experience preferred

  • Nevada Gaming Card

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excel

  • PowerPoint

  • BI Tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc)

  • Coding (SQL,etc)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting or related field or its equivalent.
