The Role

The Director of Revenue Initiatives is a strategic, cross‑functional leader responsible for driving high‑impact revenue projects across the organization. This role blends strategy, operations, program leadership, and problem‑solving to accelerate growth, optimize revenue processes, and enhance sales effectiveness. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker, a structured operator, and an influential collaborator who can identify business challenges, build solutions, and drive initiatives from strategy through execution.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Revenue Initiatives:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and measurement of strategic revenue projects designed to improve sales performance, pipeline quality, and revenue predictability.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to align cross-functional strategies and ensure initiatives have clear ownership and measurable impact.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities and build actionable business cases that drive investment and prioritization.

Problem Identification & Root Cause Analysis:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor by proactively identifying operational issues, revenue bottlenecks, and systemic process challenges.
  • Conduct structured analysis—leveraging data, stakeholder input, and industry best practices—to diagnose root causes.
  • Synthesize insights into clear recommendations that guide executive decision-making.

Solution Design & Implementation:

  • Translate identified business problems into actionable project plans, including goals, scope, milestones, KPIs, and change‑management requirements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement new processes, systems, or revenue programs and ensure successful adoption across GTM teams.
  • Monitor initiative performance and continuously refine solutions for maximum impact.

Cross‑Functional Leadership:

  • Act as connective tissue across the GTM organization, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
  • Influence without authority by building strong relationships and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and executive updates to ensure transparency, velocity, and business impact.
