Director, Residential Development, Marketing & Sales - Americas

The Director, Residential Development, Marketing & Sales, Americas plays a critical role in shaping the success of Four Seasons Private Residences across the region.

This role oversees the day-to-day management of development projects from early-stage planning through launch and sell-out, serving as the primary point of contact for development partners and ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and in line with commercial objectives. The Director works cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to advance key project milestones, drive marketing and sales execution, and optimize performance across the portfolio.

Acting as the lead across projects, this role ensures alignment between Four Seasons brand standards, developer priorities, and sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Americas Development Marketing & Sales

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the portfolio of residential development projects in the Americas, from early deal stages through launch and sell-out.
  • Serve as the primary relationship lead for development partners, providing strategic guidance across development, marketing, and sales. Maintain frequent communication to ensure alignment on priorities, resolve issues, and drive consistent progress.
  • Oversee the end-to-end marketing and sales approach for each project, including;
    • Aligning on pricing strategy, sales velocity, and broader commercial objectives.
    • Advising on sales team structure, broker strategy, and overall sales execution to support successful market entry and absorption.
    • Guiding developers in the selection and management of creative, marketing, and sales agencies, providing ongoing direction to ensure effective execution.
    • Reviewing and approving all marketing collateral and creative outputs to ensure accuracy, quality and alignment with Four Seasons brand standards.
    • Overseeing go-to-market planning and execution across both developer-led initiatives and Four Seasons channels.

  • Partner closely with core internal teams to advance key project milestones, ensuring coordination and accountability, including;
    • Partnering with Development during deal pursuit to help shape the residential program, positioning, and overall project strategy to support successful conversion.
    • Collaborating with Design Services to inform product positioning, amenity programming, unit mix, floorplans, and pricing.
    • Partner with Operations to establish governance and operating frameworks that drive alignment with commercial and marketing messaging. 

Campaign Strategy & Performance

  • Define and lead integrated, multi-channel campaign strategies for Americas projects across Four Seasons owned, earned, and paid platforms, in close partnership with Commercial team counterparts across Marketing, CRM, PR, Social, and Digital.
  • Ensure campaigns are data-informed and tailored to target audiences, sales objectives, and project positioning, in alignment with Development Partners.
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns across channels, ensuring timely delivery, consistency, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Drive continuous optimization across marketing channels to maximize performance and efficiency.
  • Track and monitor the performance of all marketing initiatives, including lead generation and conversion metrics, in partnership with developers and internal teams.
  • Provide regular performance reporting and insights to stakeholders, using data to inform decision-making and ongoing optimization of marketing strategies.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in marketing, ideally within luxury real estate, hospitality, branded residences, or related sectors.
  • Proven success leading complex, multi‑market, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable commercial impact.
  • Experience working with ownership groups, developers, and capital partners.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and decision‑making skills.
  • Deep understanding of luxury brand positioning and market dynamics

This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Miami Four Seasons Corporate Office (3 days per week) located at 1441 Brickell Avenue, Suite 1007, Miami, Florida. #LI-Hybrid
