The Director, PST and Boundary Systems Transformation will serve as the primary leader for OSCQ DT’s S4 program coordination - owning roadmap alignment, cross-team orchestration, and ensuring that OSCQ dependencies, milestones, and system readiness are fully integrated into the enterprise S4 program plan. They will drive the harmonization, rationalization, and modernization of 100+ OSCQ boundary applications and related data products and ensure system capabilities, integration approaches, and data flows evolve in step with process redesign efforts and S4 deployment plans.

Why This Role Matters: The S4 transformation is critical to enabling standardized processes, operational agility, and scalable digital capabilities across OSCQ. Success will position the organization to support advanced planning, digital supply chain and manufacturing, and data-driven operations while reducing complexity and cost.

What You Will Do

Transformation Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead the rationalization and modernization of OSCQ boundary systems and associated data products following a clear disposition strategy (retain, retire, replace, consolidate, re-platform).
  • Align OSCQ DT transformation roadmaps with the S4 program strategy, technology architecture, and deployment sequencing.
  • Ensure the S4 roadmap is fully synchronized with all relevant OSCQ digital transformation roadmaps (MES, boundary systems, data platforms, manufacturing digital initiatives).
  • Serve as the technical counterpart to OSCQ process transformation leads, ensuring system capabilities and integration support intended process outcomes.
  • Drive process harmonization, system standardization, and tech debt reduction to simplify the application landscape and reduce cost.

Program Execution & Delivery

  • Own end-to-end boundary systems transformation and simplification including scoping, implementation, cross-team coordination, risk mitigation, and program mgmt.
  • Partner with DT, PST, and OSCQ teams to ensure roadmap changes, risks, and impacts are communicated and incorporated into the broader PST plan and schedule.
  • Lead the S4 workstream aligned to PST and OSCQ’s process change management team, ensuring coordinated roadmaps, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Serve as the overall S4 program coordination leader for OSCQ DT - managing dependencies, deliverables, risk logs, and ensuring all workstreams align to the enterprise S4 schedule.
  • Consolidate OSCQ DT’s S4 plans into a single integrated schedule and ensure cross-functional adherence and visibility.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Facilitate decision-making forums to resolve tradeoffs between local site needs and enterprise standardization.
  • Influence senior OSCQ stakeholders to drive process/tool harmonization and simplification.
  • Lead OSCQ DT’s representation within S4 governance, steering committees, and cross-functional workshops.
  • Technical & Process Governance
  • Run governance and decision frameworks for system disposition, process harmonization, and prioritization.
  • Ensure alignment with cross-functional teams to ensure roadmaps and integration plans are aligned.
  • Drive and report on process harmonization, system simplification, and cost reduction.

Change Leadership & Adoption

  • Drive stakeholder alignment and executive communication related to boundary systems readiness, milestones, and site deployment impact.
  • Ensure successful adoption through ensuring proper change management and operational transition planning is in place.

Success Metrics

  • System readiness milestones met in parallel with OSCQ process transformation timelines
  • Demonstrated alignment between S4 program milestones and interconnected digital transformation programs
  • Reduction in boundary applications and duplicate capabilities
  • Reduced technical debt and support burden
  • Improved data consistency and interoperability
  • On-time delivery of transformation roadmap milestones

Qualifications You must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 14 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience

  • Experience rationalizing complex application landscapes and driving application/platform consolidation
  • Experience coordinating across business, IT, architecture, and site operations
  • Program leadership experience in multi-site, matrixed organizations
  • Experience delivering enterprise system transformations (ERP, MES, Quality, or supply chain platforms)
