What You’ll Do
Lead Complex Programme Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream programmes from initiation through to benefits realization, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business impact.
- Establish robust governance frameworks to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure full ownership of program outcomes.
- Navigate a matrixed environment to build consensus and drive results across departments, regional counterparts and external vendors.
- Provide senior leadership with transparent insights into progress, risks and business value, translating complexity into strategic insights.
- Support portfolio prioritization, capacity planning and investment decisions by providing objective analysis of delivery feasibility and risk.
- Apply structured change management principles to ensure project outputs are adopted and improvements remain sustainable post-implementation.
- Manage and coach project managers, ensuring high-performance delivery across the portfolio.
Define PMO Excellence
- Design and maintain a pragmatic, scalable enterprise project management framework including methodologies, templates, tools and playbooks.
- Embed consistent delivery practices across the enterprise, aligning regional standards with local requirements to drive execution excellence.
- Model and coach exceptional project management standards to improve execution excellence across the organization.
Essential Experience
- 12+ years in programme/project management leading complex, multi-year transformation initiatives within regulated industries, with proven delivery success.
- Proven ability to design and scale PMO processes that enhance execution speed and quality.
- Strong commercial mindset with expertise in business case development, benefits realization and value articulation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation skills within a matrixed operating model.
- Proven resilience in high-growth environments with the ability to provide structure and clarity amidst ambiguity.
- Prior consultancy experience preferred.
Qualifications & Technical Skills
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 highly preferred.
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create high-impact executive presentations.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, MS Project or Planview.
- Advanced Excel capabilities and data analysis skills.
