The Director, Program Management is a key member of the Chief Technology Officer’s extended leadership team, responsible for aligning our technology delivery with business strategy, driving execution of strategic programs, and ensuring our product development lifecycle operates with efficiency, clarity, and agility.


The Director, Program Management, will lead large-scale, multi-year transformation initiatives across Supply Chain, Finance, and enterprise-wide back-office systems (including Impulse and related platforms). This position will work across Engineering and Product Operations to streamline processes from concept to commercialization, eliminate friction across teams, and cultivate a data-driven, developer-focused delivery culture. The Director will connect strategy to execution, influence cross-functional alignment, and ensure organizational readiness for major initiatives.


Your role:


•    Lead the creation and rollout of the Agile Delivery Playbook for all product development models (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, etc.).
•    Drive execution across Supply Chain, Finance, Impulse, and other back-office domains, ensuring integration and alignment across workstreams.Partner closely with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps with measurable business outcomes.
•    Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing transparency into program health, risks, resourcing, and benefits realization.
•    Manage highly complex interdependencies, proactively identifying risks, constraints, and cross-functional impacts.
•    Build and mature an Agile Community of Practice, enabling Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to adopt consistent agile practices.
•    Implement and communicate agile delivery metrics across the organization to drive transparency and accountability.
•    Ensure Engineering delivery processes align tightly with the broader Product release cycle.
•    Maintain a developer-centric delivery model with the right balance of structure, predictability, and agility.
•    Define and standardize Engineering’s portion of the end-to-end product delivery framework, while accommodating necessary variations across teams.
•    Own and evolve a unified rolling roadmap—providing clear near-term deliverables and long-term strategic direction.
•    Influence improvements across Engineering, Product, and Operations to optimize flow, reduce bottlenecks, and strengthen release quality.

What You Bring to the role:


•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•    10+ years of experience in program management, with strong track record leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
•    Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Product Owner (CSPO); SAFe or Agile Coaching certifications preferred.
•    8+ years of experience leading agile programs in complex organizational settings.

•    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and build strong cross-functional partnerships.

•    Experience managing global teams and working in a matrix organization.

•    Ability to lead people, and recognize, develop, and reward talent. Demonstrated ability to build high performing teams, set strategic direction, manage multiple highly visible strategic initiatives.

•    Expertise in Agile, SAFe, and scaled delivery models. Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.
•    Strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity and can create structure where needed.
•    Highly collaborative, trusted by business and technical partners.
•    Strong judgment, calm under pressure, and able to drive outcomes across diverse teams.

Preferred Knowledge & Skills:
•    Proven ability to drive organizational change through influence in complex enterprise environments.
•    Experience in supply chain and finance modernization
•    Strong track record of leading agile delivery across multiple teams and locations (onshore and offshore).
•    Deep expertise in agile delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Jira plugins).
•    Experience managing large-scale B2B/B2C technology programs end-to-end.
•    Ability to proactively identify dependencies, risks, and cross-team blockers.
•    Skilled in coaching teams in agile practices, continuous delivery, and lean techniques.
•    Strong communication skills with the ability to present effectively to senior executives.
•    Demonstrated ability to manage complex software development environments, customer expectations, and cross-functional coordination.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $171,300.00 - $299,800.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
