As Director Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management, you will oversee the product lifecycle for data analytics solutions, collaborating cross-functionally with product developers, DTS and business teams. You will be responsible for defining product vision, prioritizing roadmaps, ensuring successful delivery that meets user needs and drives innovation in the analytics ecosystem. You will also ensure awareness and adoption of the analytics solutions, tracking usage and rationalizing the portfolio, optimizing the development resources.

We are looking for people that have a passion for transformation with data in the center, and leaving a legacy for our Company.

What You’ll Do for Us

• Own and define the overall product vision and strategy for data analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and the company's overarching data strategy.

• Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap for analytics products, articulating priorities based on business impact, stakeholder feedback and analytics capabilities.

• Define metrics and KPIs that measure success of analytics products. Track product performance and adoption across organization-wide teams.

• Evaluate the analytics product portfolio to track usage and identify underutilized or low-value features, rationalizing ("killing zombies") while reallocating resources to high-priority, impactful initiatives.

• Manage product backlogs, prioritize tasks, and facilitate team alignment through agile processes to ensure efficient execution and delivery.

• Ensure the analytics product team meets timelines and goals while leveraging resources effectively for a sustainable development process.

• Collect feedback from users to identify pain points and prioritize user experience (UX) enhancements that improve usability, self-service capabilities, and satisfaction.

• Partner with communications teams to design and execute awareness programs, ensuring users across business functions understand the tools available to them and their benefits.

• Stay informed of emerging technologies, tools, vendor solutions, and industry best practices in analytics and apply these insights to influence product strategy.

Qualification & Requirements

• University Degree (Master or MBA ideally) or equivalent experience.

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with significant expertise in driving analytics-focused solutions and platforms.

• Experience with analytics tools, frameworks and technologies.

• Track record of prioritizing product pipelines and resources.

• Solid business understanding of The Coca-Cola System and our partners.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated executive engagement and presentation skills.

What We Can Do For You

You will play a key role within our exciting data transformation journey, becoming a critical change agent to drive our solutions & capabilities roadmap, leaving a legacy for the Company.
