This role owns the product marketing and integrated campaign strategy, translating enterprise product and growth priorities into clear positioning, compelling messaging, and multi‑channel campaigns. The Director leads and develops a high‑performing team to deliver execution excellence, working closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure launches and major initiatives are coordinated, aligned, and measurable—driving strong market presence and commercial outcomes.

Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to VP, Marketing and External Communications.

  • Set product marketing and campaign strategy by defining product positioning, messaging, and differentiation, using customer, market, and competitive insights to shape value propositions and go‑to‑market priorities.
  • Translate product strategy and market insight into coordinated launch and go‑to‑market plans, ensuring marketing readiness through messaging, content, and marketing‑led enablement assets that support adoption and growth.
  • Plan and oversee the execution of integrated, multi‑channel campaigns aligned to product and business priorities, ensuring focus, sequencing, and alignment across channels and cross‑functional teams, with measurable outcomes.
  • Lead and develop a Product Marketing and Integrated Campaigns organization by setting clear direction, building core capabilities, establishing operating rhythm and accountability, and enabling effective collaboration across teams.

Required skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B environments with a focus on product marketing and campaign management.
  • 5+ years of people leadership and team management experience
  • Experience defining differentiated value propositions, messaging hierarchies, and narrative frameworks across products and segments.
  • Expertise in marketing‑led launch planning, including audience definition, messaging, channel strategy, timing, and success metrics within cross‑functional go‑to‑market models.
  • Experience developing and applying personas, jobs‑to‑be‑done or use‑case frameworks, and segment‑specific messaging strategies.
  • Demonstrated use of competitive analysis, win/loss insights, and market scanning to inform positioning, offers, and campaign strategy.
  • Experience architecting campaigns that connect product strategy to coordinated execution across digital, content, lifecycle, paid, and sales‑supported channels.
  • Experience prioritizing and sequencing initiatives, making clear trade‑offs to reduce noise and focus on highest‑impact work.
  • Understanding of how campaigns support multiple stages of the customer journey, including acquisition, adoption, expansion, and retention.
  • Experience defining launch and campaign success metrics tied to outcomes such as pipeline contribution, adoption signals, and conversion quality.
  • Experience connecting marketing activity to downstream business outcomes and refining strategy based on performance insights.
  • Experience analyzing performance data to adjust messaging, channel mix, sequencing, and investment allocation.
  • Knowledge of end‑to‑end digital enrollment or onboarding experiences, including conversion optimization and friction reduction.
