Role and Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager for Delivery Management, you will connect our regional product teams across AMER, APAC, and EMEA. Reporting directly to the Head of Product Management,
We ensure efficient resource capacity and drive operational excellence.
We manage a team member in Poland to provide seamless global support, oversee capacity planning, align global strategies, and act as the extension the Product and Customer Services teams to carry out SLAs and oversee ticket resolution.
We conduct monthly capacity planning sessions and maintain an 8-quarter forward-looking capacity plan aligned with the long-term product roadmap.
Monitor delivery timelines and ensure that product managers are accomplishing roadmap items without delays.
An equal opportunity to work hand-in-hand with regional Product Managers (AMER, APAC, EMEA) to align on global strategies, resolve conflicts, and balance regional demands.
Lead daily standups and handle/mentor your direct report in Poland to provide continuous, overlapping support across global time zones.
Keep senior management consistently updated on product health, capacity constraints, and strategic alignment by preparing regular governance materials!
Act as the primary link between the Product team and Customer Services team, ensuring all product information, updates, and release notes are accurately relayed.
Oversee the ticket resolution process, ensuring product managers are attending to customer tickets promptly and within established SLAs!
