About the Team

Workday VNDLY is a vendor management system that helps organizations manage their extended workforce and statement of work needs. We are growing to meet the needs of contingent workforce programs across various industries and regions.
The VNDLY Product team partners with Sales, Strategy, Services, Customer Experience and Marketing to identify the most important problems to be solved. We engage with customers, prospects and our go-to-market (GTM) teams to drive the value, awareness, and adoption of our products.

About the Role

We are looking for a proven leader to guide a team of Product Managers. As the Director of Product Management for VNDLY, you will be committed to influencing and determining the strategy, defining and executing on the product roadmap, and partnering with multiple cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business partners to define and implement an innovative VNDLY Solution Strategy and roadmap.

  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify key opportunities to drive market-leading innovation using emergent technologies.

  • Collaborate across Workday teams, including Industry Go-To-Market, Strategy, Services, and Sales, to evangelize the solution map and value proposition.

  • Define and implement a scalable framework to track core business metrics and drive performance, unlocking value and improving execution.

  • Drive initiatives from vision through planning and impact, removing barriers and resolving issues at the appropriate level.

  • Embody a continuous delivery mindset, with a "test and learn" mentality that puts users at the center of ideation, design, and execution

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing senior-level product management leaders (managers of managers) to build and scale large, impactful product organizations.

  • 5+ years of leadership experience; managing global teams preferred

  • Experience in external workforce management, vendor management systems (VMS), or related human capital disciplines.

  • The ability to synthesize vast amounts of data—including market research, user feedback, and sales performance—to develop a clear and defensible global product strategy.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $196,100 USD - $294,100 USD


 

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $196,100 USD - $348,000 USD
