At Loop, we’re on a mission to help people shape how they experience the world. Our products do that for millions today — but we’re just getting started. To build what’s next, we’re hiring a Director of Product Management to lead our product organization and scale our impact. 

Reporting to the VP of Product, you’ll play a pivotal role in translating our evolving vision into focused strategy, executional clarity, and organizational momentum. This is not a role for a roadmap executor — it’s for a strategic amplifier who can bring direction, alignment, and systems thinking across teams. You’ll translate ambition into product bets, turn complexity into clarity, and lead a growing team through ambiguity with confidence. We don’t expect perfection. We expect momentum — with direction. 

How you’ll lead 

  • Own Loop’s multi-year product strategy, grounded in customer insight and aligned to company growth
  • Translate executive vision into sharp priorities and scalable systems across teams
  • Build, coach, and elevate our Product Management team
  • Champion the voice of the customer across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market
  • Lead cross-functional focus: aligning strategy, resources, and timelines to ship meaningful outcomes
  • Architect the right trade-offs — between speed and scale, ambition and focus
  • Set and monitor outcome metrics tied to product impact, team engagement, and execution predictability 

What you’ll bring 

  • 12+ years in product management, including 6+ in a senior leadership role
  • Proven success building consumer hardware and/or digital-physical products
  • Experience leading product organizations in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Fluency across disciplines: from DFM to design, data, and GTM
  • Strategic clarity and systems thinking: you see the big picture, spot gaps early, and build for scale
  • A strong POV backed by insights, but open to challenge
  • Comfort in the chaos: you create direction without waiting for perfect information
  • A coaching mindset: you grow teams, not just roadmaps
