Job Family Definition:

Driving a superior customer experience with the Campus & Branch Portfolio with focus on enhancing and driving innovation in the Product,  leveraging AIOps for increasing the AI efficacy and enabling customers to self serve for network troubleshooting with a self driving network offering

Management Level Definition:

Define & drive initiatives with a  broad cross functional teams across organizations, and being the product liaison for various strategic initiatives with other departments within the company to define and execute on product roadmap and process that makes the post sales,  day 2 operational experiences delightful for Enterprise customers . Responsible for operational success, strategic alignment and integration of activities with other major organizational functions. Fully accountable for the success of the designated function or department. Influences strategy and sets policy and direction. Owns a significant number of measurable functional, operational and strategic goals or priorities. Assumes responsibility for the successful implementation of business plans in a defined area of responsibility. Contributes to the overall strategic definition of a function with strong business acumen. Acts as a key advisor to executive management in influencing the strategic direction of the business. Typically reports to VP.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads, drives and provides approach for designing the end to end strategy for a suite of product portfolios that can be leveraged across the business unit for a better Day 2 experience for our customers leveraging AIOps.
  • Owns messaging/ communication with customers on the use of AI for support/ Day 2 operations and responsible for escalation management from a Product perspective – working with Services and Support teams to streamline communications and drive roadmap, and collaborate on new offering definitions and creation/execution.
  • Drives integration of the product portfolios lifecycles to business unit goals across all phases of the product portfolio and business unit lifecycle (e.g. planning, development, launch, management, exit).
  • Sets teams standards and operational metrics across all portfolios to align with the business unit's strategic goals

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study. MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
  • 15+ years of work experience in related field.
  • Proven ability to define and execute a business strategy that drives operational excellence & profit, and highly effective cross functional collaboration.
  • Strong technology foundation and business acumen and understand the Use of AI in driving better product usage experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Recognized leader to work cross functionally and define /drive measureable key success criteria
  • Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry and ability to provide product specific technical training to the team.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $179,500.00 - $434,000.00
