The Operational Intelligence (OI) pillar plays a critical role in helping customers understand, manage, and optimize the end to end payment lifecycle through data driven insights, reporting, and analytics at scale.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to join the Operational Intelligence Global Product Management team. This role is accountable for shaping and executing commercial strategy and go-to-market for our analytics-driven products across the payment lifecycle — translating customer needs and product capabilities into differentiated packaging, pricing, positioning, and successful launches.

You will lead pricing strategy and modeling, packaging, value articulation, and end-to-end go-to-market execution (positioning, sales enablement, launch planning, and commercialization governance). The role requires deep domain expertise in payments and monetization, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex product value into clear commercial outcomes.

Directors of Product Management in Business and Market insights will:

Build analytics driven products that help customers extract value from high volume, complex payments and operational data

Translate a deep understanding of our customers into actionable insights products and solutions that drive significant customer value

Balance the long-term direction of a product with today’s needs and constraints by fully understanding the technical, competitive, and commercial contexts of our products

Act as connectors across Product, Sales and Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Operations to ensure commercial, technical, and delivery success

Drive globally relevant solutions by understanding regional needs and tradeoffs, and build scalable products that serve an array of customer segments

The Role:

Own the Payment Reconciliation Intelligence product strategy grounded in a strong understanding of the end-to-end payment lifecycle, including transaction processing, settlement, reconciliation, billing, and operational performance.

Identify and develop white space opportunities across operational reporting, analytics, and data delivery; translate customer pain points and market trends into scalable product initiatives.

Lead pricing strategy and modeling, including value-based pricing, packaging, monetization models, discounting/approval governance, and pricing performance management in partnership with Finance and Sales.

Own go-to-market strategy and execution, including positioning and messaging, competitive differentiation, launch planning, sales enablement, and partnership with Marketing on integrated commercialization plans.

Develop and maintain market and competitive intelligence to inform commercial strategy, target segments/use cases, and prioritize revenue growth levers.

Manage a portfolio of initiatives in parallel, applying strong project and program management discipline to prioritize, sequence, and deliver outcomes at scale.

Partner closely with Technology and Data teams to deliver large scale data and reporting solutions, ensuring feasibility, performance, and reliability.

Define and track success metrics, including customer impact, adoption, revenue performance, and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with Finance on product P&L, covering forecasting, performance reviews, investment decisions, and budgeting.

Communicate product vision, priorities, and tradeoffs with clarity and executive presence across all organizational levels.
