About the Role
As the Director of Product Management for B2B, you will lead the strategy and execution for our identity spine and data capabilities. You’ll guide an agile development team to deliver solutions that enable advanced segmentation, personalization, and account-based marketing across enterprise platforms. Your work will directly impact how businesses connect with their customers.
What You’ll Do
Define and own the product roadmap in partnership with engineering and data teams, aligning with business goals and market trends.
Design scalable identity graphs that link accounts, contacts, and decision-makers.
Integrate third-party data sources (such as DnB, Bombora, ZoomInfo) to enhance identity resolution and firmographic enrichment.
Lead agile ceremonies and manage the backlog for identity and data initiatives.
Ensure compliance with global privacy regulations and internal governance standards.
Translate technical concepts into clear, compelling business value for stakeholders.
Use tools like Jira and Confluence to manage sprints, groom backlogs, and report progress.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present to executives with confidence.
What You Bring
5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in identity resolution, data products, or B2B marketing technology.
Knowledge of identity graphs, deterministic and probabilistic matching, reverse IP lookup, and firmographic enrichment.
Understanding of B2B firmographic and corporate lineage attributes and their impact on marketing campaigns.
Strong background in Agile frameworks and backlog management.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other product management tools.
Experience with platforms like Snowflake, AWS, and CDPs, and familiarity with vendor ecosystems (DnB, Bombora, 6Sense).
Preferred Skills
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders.
Experience leading agile ceremonies and collaborating across teams.
SQL knowledge is a plus.

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000-$182,850. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
