You lead the global development and advancement of dosing technologies and ensure that processes are implemented leanly, efficiently and in compliance with quality and HSE requirements.
You steer international process development initiatives, including standardization, engineering modifications, and global rollouts.
You define and execute the Technology Roadmap, manage CAPEX, select and qualify suppliers, and implement state-of-the-art manufacturing solutions.
You provide technical and organizational leadership to local process engineers, provide expertise, and develop talent across global locations.
You coordinate the global Subject Matter Expert Platform, facilitating knowledge exchange and best practice transfer.
You collaborate with global plants on process challenges, enhance operational efficiency, and implement digitalization and smart automation initiatives.
You scout, evaluate, and integrate innovative technologies to secure a sustainable technological edge and strengthen our competitive advantage.
University degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process Engineering or comparable; technical apprenticeship is a plus.
Strong hands-on experience in Dosing Technologies with a track record in leading international projects.
Practical experience in operations for filter components or comparable manufacturing environments.
Strong technical and project management expertise, experience preparing requirement specifications, and affinity for digitalization and AI.
Hands-on, results-oriented, motivating leadership style with a creative mind, deep knowledge and awareness für quality and HSE requirements, and a passion for improvement and innovation.
Excellent intercultural communication skills for working in international, interdisciplinary teams, and willingness to travel or work abroad.
