What you'll do at Jamf:

The Director of Pricing & Monetization is responsible for establishing, leading, and executing Jamf's comprehensive pricing and monetization strategy. This role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence to align customer value with pricing while ensuring efficient execution across the organization. The Director will lead the evolution of Jamf's pricing competency and maturity level through strategic program development, system implementation, and operational excellence.

What you can expect to do in this role:

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive pricing and monetization strategies aligned with Jamf's business objectives
  • Partner with executive leadership to understand and influence key financial and strategic objectives
  • Drive the growth of the Pricing & Monetization function, including team development and organizational capability building
  • Clearly communicate the direction and achievements with business leaders to get buy in and influence next steps
  • Serve as a Business Partner to other leaders across the organization

Customer Value & Market Alignment

  • Work backwards from customer experience to build programs that align customer value with pricing
  • Tap into voice of customer and partner programs to gather insights that improve Jamf's pricing maturity
  • Maintain deep understanding of product solution capabilities and their application to the global market

Operational Excellence

  • Lead the development of reusable and agile pricing playbooks that can be implemented globally
  • Partner with key members of the Lead to Cash workflow to optimize the customer experience
  • Improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of the lead to cash process through the lens of pricing and monetization
  • Maintain deep understanding of cost-per-transaction & implement strategies to reduce it
  • Lead operational readiness processes and documentation to ensure visibility and accountability
  • Understand Configure Price Quote (CPQ) capabilities in-depth and their integration with pricing strategies

Analysis & Reporting

  • Leverage advanced analytics to draw key insights and patterns from complex data sets
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for visualizing pricing metrics, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), cost per transaction, product costs, list prices, discounting patterns, price increase impacts
  • Lead quarterly presentations to executive leadership team on pricing strategy and results
  • Chair the Pricing & Monetization council
  • Strong ability to understand structured and unstructured information and data

What we are looking for: 

  • Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated leadership experience (Required)
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in analytical or business operations roles (Required)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience with Front and Back-office software (Required)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in quote to cash processes and transformation (Required)
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience leading strategy (Preferred)
  • Strong relationship building skills with proven ability to influence across business units
  • Mature business acumen encompassing cost/risk analysis and prioritization

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

  • 4 Year / Bachelors degree or relevant experience in business or operations (Required)
  • MBA/Masters (Preferred)
  • A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered

Pay Transparency
At Jamf, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is set within a defined range. These ranges can vary based on hiring location. Where an individual's pay falls within that range depends on several factors, including role scope, location, budget, skills, experience, and qualifications. This approach helps ensure fair, competitive pay and provides room to grow as you develop in your role.
