Job Summary

The Director, Portfolio Management & Metrics, will provide strategic leadership for the Residential Consumer Products Plan of Record (POR), ensuring enterprise level alignment, prioritization, and execution excellence across the portfolio. This role oversees the POR intake and change management processes, drives annual and bi-annual strategic planning cycles, and influences/shapes project structure within the Consumer Products POR. The director will champion data integrity within the organization’s Single Source of Truth, enabling reliable reporting, executive level insights, and informed decision making. Additionally, this leader will partner with the Sr. Director and Data Analytics Manager on the development, governance and communication of portfolio metrics and analytics, ensuring data driven performance measurement and enhanced transparency across stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong project and portfolio management expertise, deep expertise in Agentic AI and Machine learning, advanced Smartsheet proficiency, exceptional attention to detail, and the proven ability to manage complex, cross functional initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Leverages advanced AI-driven decisioning, automation, and predictive analytics to enhance program management capabilities, transform operational effectiveness and elevate the strategic impact of data reporting and performance insights. 
  • Employs advanced AI to strengthen data accuracy and integrity across the Residential SSOT, while enabling actionable stakeholder insights through intelligent dashboards and dynamic reporting. 
  • This role requires strong technical fluency, the ability to translate complex AI outputs into business ready narratives, and a track record of driving measurable impact through AI-enabled oversight. 
  • Manages complex, cross-functional initiatives with precision, utilizing advanced Smartsheet and project portfolio management expertise to support execution excellence. 
  • Utilizes strong technical fluency to translate complex AI outputs into business-ready narratives. 
  • Provides strategic leadership for the Residential Consumer Products Portfolio, ensuring enterprise level alignment, prioritization, and execution excellence across all initiatives. 
  • Executes and oversees PMO processes.  
  • Develops cross-functional plans, objectives and strategies. Interprets company goals into functional goals and strategies. 
  • Provides leadership and management to the Program Office Metrics and data analytics team. Possesses staffing accountability, including recruitment and retention, leadership and professional development and performance management. 
  • Acts as a PMO point of contact for senior management stakeholders. 
  • Mentors the organization in PMO practices. 
  • Recommends and implements corrective action across organizations, as necessary, to improve program performance. 
  • Works with other organizations to continuously improve business processes.
  • Keeps abreast of new developments in project management methodologies, agile practices, best practices and industry standards.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
