Job Description:

The Director of Pillar Practices is responsible for the success of Hill Physicians’ pillar practices in ensuring member retention and growth for HPMG. They will serve as the primary liaison with independent Pillar Practices to execute strategic investments in practice renovations, marketing initiatives, and physician succession planning. This scope will also include Hill’s owned physician practice, Hill Health. In collaboration with the Medical Director and Office Manager, the Director will ensure the clinic meets its financial and operational goals.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage the portfolio of Pillar Practice investments to maximize the practices’ ability to grow. Collaborate with relevant internal partners to guide:

    • Efficient and effective provider recruitment

    • Marketing and web presence strategy

    • Practice renovations per brand guidelines

    • Community/physician engagement to drive growth and/or succession planning

    • Third-party partnerships

  • Manage the profitability and operational excellence of the owned physician practice, Hill Health. In collaboration with the Office Manager and Medical Director, implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency, patient experience, and quality outcomes.

  • Inform executive leadership of progress towards strategic objectives of the Pillar Practice program.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in physician practice operations and strategic planning.

  • Proven ability to manage P&L and execute growth strategies in a clinical setting

  • Strong understanding of marketing and growth planning.

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment, collaborating with leaders and stakeholders across the organization

Additional Information:

Salary: $137,000 - $182,000 Annual
