Role Overview

We are seeking a Director of Partner Marketing to lead our global partner marketing strategy and execution with our most strategic technology partners including Microsoft, SAP, AWS, ServiceNow, and other key alliance partners. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving marketing initiatives that unlock revenue growth through our critical partner ecosystem.

Our partner ecosystem is fundamental to continuing to develop and grow DXC's brand in the market. We need a leader who knows how to strategically leverage these relationships to amplify our brand awareness and think innovatively about creating joint marketing programs that showcase our combined value. This role requires someone who can craft compelling partner narratives that elevate DXC's market presence while driving measurable business outcomes.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Brand, Partner Marketing and Experiences, you will lead a team of experienced marketers and serve as the bridge between our partner organizations, commercial partner teams, and internal marketing functions to create integrated go-to-market strategies that generate demand and accelerate pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and develop a high-performing global team of partner marketing professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and strategic direction
  • Define and execute the overall partner marketing strategy aligned with DXC's business objectives and partner relationships
  • Establish clear goals, metrics, and KPIs to measure partner marketing effectiveness and ROI
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team

Partner Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that drive lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth
  • Create joint value propositions and go-to-market plans that leverage DXC's capabilities and partner technologies to address customer needs
  • Lead a team responsible for designing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, in partnership with the Demand Generation team, across multiple channels including digital, events, and content
  • Identify and pursue co-marketing opportunities, joint solution launches, and strategic initiatives with partner organizations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the commercial partner team to align marketing strategies with business development priorities and partner account plans
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Marketing team to ensure partner messaging aligns with strategic business initiatives
  • Work with Demand Generation team to integrate partner campaigns into broader demand programs and optimize lead flow and conversion
  • Coordinate with Communications teams to amplify partner announcements, thought leadership, and success stories
  • Engage with Events teams to maximize partner presence and impact at industry conferences, partner events, and DXC-hosted experiences
  • Align with business unit leaders to ensure partner marketing supports vertical-specific opportunities and solutions

Performance Management & Optimization

  • Partner with Demand Generation team to establish measurement frameworks to track campaign performance, lead quality, and revenue attribution from partner marketing initiatives
  • Analyze marketing metrics and business outcomes to optimize program effectiveness and investment allocation
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on partner marketing performance and impact
  • Manage partner marketing budgets and resources to maximize efficiency and results

Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 5 years in partner, alliance, or channel marketing roles
  • 5+ years leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
  • Proven track record developing successful partner marketing strategies with major technology partners that drive measurable lead generation and revenue growth
  • Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate business objectives into innovative, integrated marketing programs
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills with partner marketing counterparts and internal stakeholders
  • Results-oriented with strong business acumen and understanding of marketing metrics, pipeline development, and revenue attribution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, or B2B technology services industry
  • Global marketing experience with understanding of regional market dynamics
  • Familiarity with partner relationship management frameworks and co-selling models

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $139,200 - $289,000.
