The Opportunity:
NC3I Performs UI/UX requirements analysis, design and development across a variety of programs inside and outside the division.

  • NC3I Performs UI/UX requirements analysis, design and development across a variety of programs inside and outside the division.
  • We currently employ a team of close to 20 designers and engineers who deliver modern, accessible and intuitive user interfaces to these programs.
  • NC3I needs a leader for this effort, someone who can provide thought leadership, insight, and oversight to ensure that our products continue to stand out with our customers.
  • This person needs to be experienced, educated, and have a track record of delivering exceptional results


Responsibilities:

  • Work across all NC3I programs and the programs on which we consult outside of NC3I to deliver world-class user experience to our customers
  • Collaborate with other divisions and lines of business when they need help designing user interfaces
  • Act as the thought leader for the NC3I UI/UX group but also help lead the broader CACI UI/UX Community of Practice so that NC3I benefits from the CoP and CACI benefits from NC3I.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the NC3I UI/UX group so that the group is continually improving practices and skills
  • Act as the final backstop to ensure that all NC3I user interfaces meet our quality and usability standards
  • Steer the collection of requirements and analysis of user needs by offering user feedback studies, ergonomic analysis and other analytical tools so our UI designers understand how end users will use the products with maximum ease and efficiency
  • Participate in proposals as needed to develop mock-ups and other graphics that convey the ease of use of CACI products.
  • Participate in demonstrations of potential future products and UIs, conveying user interface expertise to potential customers
  • Lead periodic UI/UX engagements with NC3I customers to stay in touch with where those customers want to go in the future


Qualifications:
Required: 

  • PhD in psychology, cognitive sciences, human-machine interaction or a similar field.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance (having the ability to maintain the security clearance required by the program)
  • 15+ years of experience in the UI/US design field
  • 10+ years of experience in DoD UI/UX design
  • 10+ years of leadership experience
  • Demonstrated history of delivering great results to customers
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams
  • Demonstrated history of increasing responsibility

Desired:

  • Experience managing small to medium teams
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Experience working with Intelligence applications, including SIGINT, ELINT, Geolocation, etc.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$138,600 - 304,800 USD
