What you will do

  • Lead, inspire, and manage the Spa & Retail team, including direct supervision of the Spa Manager and Team, ensuring alignment with the hotel's goals and Four Seasons brand standards.

  • Define and execute the long-term vision and positioning of the Spa, Fitness and Retail offerings to remain competitive, innovative, and guest-centric.

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive guest engagement, wellness programming, membership offerings and retail performance.

  • Oversee daily operations of the Spa, Gym, Changing Rooms, Retail Boutique, Guest Activity Programs and Relaxation Lounges.

  • Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetics in collaboration with Housekeeping, Laundry, and Engineering.

  • Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including the maintenance of indoor water features, swimming pools, and whirlpools in coordination with Engineering.

  • Oversee the training and development of all Spa & Retail personnel, ensuring team members are fully trained in Four Seasons standards and wellness best practices.

What you will bring

  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar leadership role within a five-star luxury hotel in the Middle East.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

  • Strong track record in budget management, accurate forecasting and implementing cost-control strategies.

  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences while upholding the highest service standards.

  • In-depth knowledge of spa marketing, retail merchandising and strategies for revenue growth.
