Responsible for developing strategies and plans to ensure maximum market share, revenue and occupancy growth. Coordinates and works directly with corporate sales and marketing for goal accomplishments. Assists with providing sales, reservations entry, administrative and clerical support, including group business, external communication, etc., for all markets and hotel accounts as it applies to the Revenue Management Department. Works with general manager and property sales & marketing departments to develop property-specific strategies and plans to ensure positive growth in occupancy, revenue, ADR, and RevPAR. Person is responsible for property specific support and strategies in e-commerce, GDS, and other interactive sources. Provides analysis and forecast reporting by channels of distribution.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum five (5) years of revenue management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry or related service industry with proven experience and significant understanding in distribution, pricing, marketing, administrative and business processes, forecasting and budgeting required. College degree in Hotel Administration or related field preferred.

While base pay starts at $110,000- $120,000, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
