Director of Property Management

Pay Range: $139,692.00 - $186,240.00

The Director of Property Management is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational management of the bank’s real estate portfolio, including the branch network, financial centers, administrative offices, operations/data centers, and other facilities. This position ensures that all properties support the bank's business objectives, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer experience standards. This role involves leading a team of property and facilities professionals, driving cost-effective property management strategies, managing leases and vendor relationships, and ensuring optimal performance of owned and leased assets. The Director of PM partners with senior executives, finance, legal, and security teams to align real estate decisions with the bank’s growth, risk, and compliance strategies.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in property or real estate management, preferably with financial services or corporate environments.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven leadership in managing large, multi-state/multi-site property portfolios
  • Strong understanding of lease administration, financial modeling, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Tasks Performed:

  • 20% Develop and implement property management strategies
  • 20% Oversee operations and performance of real estate assets
  • 15% Lead lease and real estate transactions
  • 15% Manage capital and operating budgets
  • 10% Ensure regulatory compliance across sites
  • 10% Oversee vendor and contractor performance
  • 10% Lead, coach, and manage PM staff

Physical Requirements:

  • Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers
  • Stationary 75% of time or greater
  • Move objects up to maximum 10 lbs.
