We are seeking an entrepreneurial and highly strategic leader for the Director of Product Partnerships role. This position is pivotal in driving BillionToOne’s growth by forging impactful partnerships with pharmaceutical companies and exploring innovative product opportunities in the precision diagnostics and oncology space. The role combines business development expertise with product exploration to identify and validate new use cases for our oncology liquid biopsy solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both the technical and commercial aspects of precision diagnostics, excel in customer engagement, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer.

At BillionToOne, we are proud to offer a combination of a (1) base pay range (actual amount offered is based on experience and salary/equity options split that the candidate chooses), (2) generous equity options offering, (3) corporate bonus program, on top of (4) industry leading company benefits (free healthcare options, 401k match, very generous fully paid parental leave, etc.).
For this position, we offer a total compensation package of $397,170 to $400,402 per year, including a base pay range of $242,881 to $264,002 per year.
