POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Director of Product Management, AI & Analytics to own and drive the edge intelligence roadmap. You will be the strategic leader responsible for translating cutting-edge research into impactful product experiences that improve road safety at scale.

This is a high-visibility leadership role reporting to the Chief Product Officer. You will lead a cross-functional, globally distributed product team spanning the U.S. and India, partnering closely with engineering, product marketing, customer success, and sales teams.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.

  • Define and own the multi-year edge intelligence product strategy and roadmap, including on-device AI inference, model lifecycle management, and analytics platforms.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-geo team of product managers across San Francisco and Bangalore, fostering a high-performance culture of ownership and innovation.
  • Drive the product development for real-time analytics, driver safety and fleet management alerts, and fleet-level insights.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling value propositions for enterprise customers and channel partners.
  • Establish KPIs and data-driven decision frameworks to measure product-market fit, adoption, and edge model accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales Engineering to incorporate enterprise feedback into the product roadmap.
  • Represent the AI & Analytics product vision to executive leadership, board stakeholders, and key customers.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in edge computing, computer vision, and fleet telematics to maintain competitive advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a senior or director-level role.
  • Deep domain expertise in AI/ML products, edge computing, computer vision, or IoT analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated success building and shipping AI-powered products at scale (on-device or cloud-based).
  • Proven track record of leading and growing distributed, cross-geo product teams.
  • Strong technical fluency—ability to collaborate deeply with ML engineers, data scientists, and firmware teams.
  • Experience with model deployment, A/B testing, and continuous improvement loops for ML systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced technical degree (MS/PhD in CS, EE, or related field) strongly preferred.

California Pay Range
$199,725$266,300 USD
