THE ROLE

The Director of Premium New Business (NB) Integrations leads SOP design for premium hospitality experiences to ensure consistent guest service, revenue optimization, and brand execution at scale. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Standardize premium service execution and staffing models

  • Align service SOPs with culinary and operational workflows 

  • Support innovation while maintaining core standards 

  • Audit guest experience and premium execution quality 

New Business Transition Readiness 

  • Launch premium service standards during new business transitions 
  • Onboard premium leadership and service teams 
  • Ensure suites, clubs, and catering readiness 
  • Support stabilization of guest experience post-transition

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 

  • 5+ years in a leadership role within sports & entertainment, theme parks, large hotels, or multi-unit QSR 

  • Experience scaling standardized operating models across multiple locations 

  • Strong change management and cross-functional leadership skills

WORKING CONDITIONS

Location: Remote w/ Travel (United States)

This role is remote when not traveling and does not require relocation. Travel up to 50% of the year is expected, particularly during new business transitions, venue openings, and major operational initiatives.
