Director of Operations (Reverse Logistics)

This is an onsite role within our Mt Juliet, TN facility. 

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

• Lead & Innovate: Develop and execute short- and long-term operational strategies for reverse logistics and repair services
• Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee demand planning, operations control, new product introduction, repair process development, and parts reclamation
• Champion Quality: Implement Lean Six Sigma principles to ensure top-tier quality assurance and continuous improvement
• Own the Numbers: Manage P&L performance, budgets, and profitability for your areas of responsibility
• Collaborate & Influence: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Training and New Product Development, to launch new products and optimize processes
• Build High-Performing Teams: Hire, mentor, and develop talent while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
• Client-Focused Leadership: Serve as a key liaison to resolve operational and product issues, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction

What are the requirements needed for this position?

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred)
• 7+ years leading complex operations (manufacturing/repair preferred)
• 2+ years managing P&L
• 4+ years in demand planning, procurement, production planning, and new product introduction
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, charts, trend analysis)
• Lean Six Sigma expertise
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

• Technical/mechanical background
• ISO & OSHA knowledge
• Lean Green Belt certification
• Oracle experience

Pay Range:

$141,400.00 - $236,100.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
