Job Description:

  • Manage preparation, submission, and tracking of business documents, presentations, and data analysis.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings with internal and external audiences.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to compile information and assist on various projects.
  • Engage, provide direction, and oversee work collaborating with internal teams, third party vendors, and external resources on various projects.
  • Assist in driving initiatives with limited resources demonstrating a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude to achieve desired results.
  • Complete other tasks as directed by the COO.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field. 
  • 5+ years experience in a corporate environment creating presentations, compiling and analyzing data, and collaborating with resources at all levels of the organization. 
  • Knowledge and experience of transportation operations desired. 
  • Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.), DocuSign, Sharepoint 
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences. 
  • Passionate about the purpose of Beacon Mobility and a desire to make a difference. 
  • High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with multiple diverse groups of employees. 
  • Unquestionable personal integrity, fairness, and credibility necessary to gain the trust and commitment of individuals at all levels of the organization. 
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
