Position: Director of Nursing
Location: Amarillo, TX
Compensation: $95-110k/year
Work Type: Full-Time

As the Director of Nursing, you will lead our clinical team and ensure the highest standards of patient care. Your key responsibilities include:

Provide Leadership & Oversight 
- Guide and mentor nursing staff and home health aides, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration to ensure quality and continuity of care.
Ensure Clinical Competency 
- Conduct regular staff competency assessments and implement training initiatives to maintain compliance and professional growth.
Champion Our Mission & Standards 
- Promote the organization’s mission, values, and policies while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.
Manage Patient Care 
- Perform ongoing assessments of patients in their homes, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes to optimize health and well-being.
Coordinate Care Across Teams 
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to align services with each patient’s plan of care.
Oversee Staffing & Scheduling 
- Assign patient care responsibilities, manage staff schedules, and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
Drive Quality & Compliance 
- Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations, participate in quality
assurance and performance improvement (QA/PI) activities, and implement corrective actions as needed.
On-Call Leadership 
- Provide on-call support to address urgent clinical needs and maintain continuity of care.
