We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Commercial Leader to drive growth within the healthcare sector. This role is responsible for building and managing relationships with major healthcare accounts, including hospital systems and large healthcare organizations.
As the Director of National Healthcare Accounts, you will set the vision for the National Owner Account (NOA) segment, develop long-term growth strategies, and lead a team of National Account Managers and marketing specialists. Your focus will be on increasing revenue and expanding specification share across Zurn Elkay’s portfolio through new construction opportunities and growth within the existing installed base.
The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, the buying process and how decisions are made within a healthcare system. This leader will bring a consultative approach to selling, and expertise in creating bundled solutions that meet client needs. In addition to healthcare, this role also supports other key segments such as retail, convenience stores, and commercial real estate.
